The game brings in lots of different challenges as well as location relevant questions – usually based on famous landmarks in the city we are playing in. There are even “bombs” and “superpowers” that allow the teams to be more tactical in the game!

The historic old town of Girona—known as the Barri Vell—is one of Catalonia’s most evocative and best-preserved monumental complexes. Furthermore, it is steeped in cobbled medieval alleys, porticoed passageways, and an incomparable historic atmosphere. Our old town treasure hunt incorporates iconic spots such as the imposing Girona Cathedral, the famous historic Medieval Walls, the picturesque riverside promenade along the colorful Houses of the Onyar, and the fascinating labyrinths of the old Jewish quarter (El Call).

Originally developed over centuries at the confluence of several rivers, this historic walled quarter winds through a rich Roman, medieval, and Jewish heritage. Because of this, it is bursting with stately architecture, charming hidden courtyards, traditional shops, and a vibrant local culture. Consequently, it is the perfect setting for our bespoke Girona Treasure Hunt. The activity offers a variety of challenges and location-specific questions highlighting the city’s unique character and ancient beauty.

As you explore the city on foot within a compact 2-hour walking radius, you will tackle trivia, riddles, and fun challenges. Meanwhile, you will capture moments with photo and video tasks. Our command center tracks your progress, ensuring a fair and thrilling competition.

Our supervisors keep the excitement high by fueling competition and ensuring a smooth experience. As a result,victorious teams are rewarded with locally crafted traditional Girona treats (such as traditional xuixos or artisanal panellets).

Ecological Consideration:

The great thing about this activity is that there is practically no waste at all. Specifically, the game is delivered using iPads instead of paper, meaning no extra materials are required. Furthermore, teams are completely on foot, so you don’t use any petrol. Therefore, it is a great activity for both the participants and the planet!
