Team members participate in a Falla construction activity which follows the traditional Valencian monument-building process. Your team will create a colorful satirical monument inspired by Spanish Falles festival traditions through this Valencia-themed team-building activity.

The traditional Falla structures consist of wooden and cardboard materials which artists use to create expressive figures known as ninots that depict humorous and satirical content about social issues and cultural aspects and present-day events.

The workshop allows teams to work together on designing and building separate parts of their shared monument construction. The groups will develop their assigned sections and characters which will unite into a complete collaborative Falla monument. The team members will have freedom to express their creativity through imagination and laughter while working under guidance to create an outstanding final product.

The activity promotes teamwork and problem-solving skills while fostering artistic expression and cultural appreciation through interactive hands-on activities.
