Giant Mosaic Team Building for 500 People on the Costa Brava

We brought 500 people together on the Costa Brava to create one enormous collaborative mosaic in just two and a half hours.

Working at their hotel, the group was divided into 70 teams of seven or eight people, with each team responsible for creating one individual section of the final design. At this stage, nobody could see quite how their piece would fit into the bigger picture.

Armed with ceramic tiles, hammers and tile cutters, the teams got to work. They smashed and cut tiles into the shapes and colors they needed, before carefully arranging them onto our specially designed self-adhesive mosaic boards.

As the individual panels were completed, we brought all 70 pieces together. What had looked like a collection of completely separate designs gradually became one huge mosaic, revealing the client’s image on a spectacular scale.
