Paella Cooking Challenge

Our traditional wood-fired paella cooking activity, igniting your culinary creativity! Led by our expert chef, learn to prepare a traditional paella in the traditional manner! Then enjoy a full meal, with starters, dessert and drinks to go with it all. We can also provide gas powered fires instead, if the grounds are not suitable for our wood burning firepits. Outdoor space is required for the cooking. Minimum group size: 50 people

Location Flexibility:

Any location is possible for this activity – just let us know where you want us, and we’ll bring the activity to you. This activity is available across Europe – in Spain, France and Portugal the minimum group size required is normally 50 people. In other locations it depends – please contact us for details, as we may be able to be flexible.

Venue requirements:

The venue must have outdoor space available for the cooking. We will be making fires, elevated from the floor on steel platforms, so the ground below them should be rough ground or cement. Some cinders may fall on the ground. As an alternative to wood burning firepits, we can provide gas cookers for preparing the paellas, but the cooking will still normally need to be done outdoors.

The Culinary Experience:

With top-quality ingredients and guidance, create your signature paella dishes. Then enjoy a meal with salad starter, paella main course, and a selection of tasty treats as desserts. Coffees to end. Wine, beer and soft drinks available throughout the activity and meal.

Extras:

We can provide tables and chairs if your venue does not have these, with more upmarket options available too.

Duration:

3 hour activity, with 90 minutes of preparation time leading to 90 minutes of lunch or dinner!
