Majorca (also known as Mallorca) – the largest of Spain’s Balearic Islands – has stunning scenery, an incredible coastline with clear blue waters and medieval streets immersed in history. This is an island of infinite variety, culture and charm and one of the best places for organising a Team Building Retreat.

Blessed with mild temperatures and beautiful sunshine throughout the year, the island is the ideal base for team-building activities of many kinds; sailing and all the water-sports you can imagine; other outdoor pursuits – horse riding, hiking, beach tennis etc – and more leisurely activities such as sightseeing, shopping, wine tasting and guided tours.

The island’s vibrant capital city, Palma, boasts an artisan and cultural scene, with top-class galleries and museums, bespoke boutiques, award-winning restaurants and an explosive nightlife. The capital is overflowing with character and historic sights; a wonderful labyrinth of Moorish lanes, many Roman remains, a Moorish royal palace, cathedrals and churches, plus spectacular views across the bay. Many describe the city as truly magical.
